Yes — SBIHM is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), Government of West Bengal, recognised by UGC under Section 2(F), and approved by NCHMCT (Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India) and AICTE.
10+2 (any stream) from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks. Students appearing for their final exam can also apply.
No. SBIHM offers direct admission to the BHM programme — no NCHMCT JEE required. Students who didn't get any IHM seat can still build a global hospitality career here.
